Insurance Information:
We will bill your dental insurance and try to monitor everyone’s coverage as a convenience and courtesy to our patients, however, there are many new regulations from the numerous insurance providers and many times keeping up with these changes may become a monumental task. Therefore, we must leave the patient responsible for knowing their insurance coverage and we ask that the patient be prepared to pay their balance in full at the time of their visit.
Newpark Dentistry is considered to be an “in-network” provider and accepts plans and payment from the following insurance companies: Coming soon!
Remember, your agreement with your insurance company does not involve our office. We evaluate and provide treatment and procedures we believe to be best for you and these services may or may not be in the plan your insurance will cover. Many insurance companies do not consider your benefits based on what you need; they primarily provide plans based on how much your employer or yourself has paid them and what payout and remain profitable. At Newpark Dentistry, we will submit electronic claims for your treatment the same day of your appointment as much as possible in order to expedite your claim processing.
Dr. Coleman and the staff at Newpark Dentistry takes pride in providing you with the best quality in dental treatment and value of that treatment. In all cases, we avoid patchwork treatment that does not solve your dental problem or that would soon need to be redone. We use state-of-the-art technology, the latest techniques and the finest possible materials to provide you with the most effective and positive results in long term treatment, no matter what type of insurance coverage you may have.
We will work directly with your insurance carrier and accept all major insurance programs in order to ensure your maximum benefits and compliance to your plan. Payment for all services and visits is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
In the event that you anticipate a problem in paying for services, please discuss this in advance with our officer manager.
If you or a family member has dental insurance, we ask that an estimated portion and/or deductible is paid on the day of service.
As mentioned above, we are happy to file your insurance claim but ask that you understand that every insurance policy has a fee schedule in which they pay for benefits. It is simply not possible for us to know or estimate the details of each plans insurance fee schedule and what their limitations may be. We will, however, submit a pre-authorization at your request if you are unsure of your coverage and limitations and need our assistance.
